Stevans spreading their wings
“Imagine what would happen if you left Michael Jackson, Daft Punk and Coldplay in the same room?” asks Stevans’s website – and swiftly proceeds to give us its own answer: “… that could begin to describe the original sound of STEVANS”, of course.
The band is essentially a duo consisting of Yann Franel and Yann Secrest, their third album, “Renaissance” – a shiny beast of streamlined stadium-worthy pop – came out in Switzerland and USA in March via Phonag. Following on from its fantastic reception in these countries, in October, “Renaissance” will also be released in France and Belgium (via Ipamena/Sony), China (via Miro China), and Italy.
