Egopusher see Blood Red

It shouldn’t work – but it does, brilliantly! Tobias Preisig (violin/bass synth) and Alessandro Giannelli (drums, snyth) became firm friends when they were both members of Dieter Meier’s band Out of Chaos. Having plenty of time on their hands whilst touring with the Yello man, they began to pour their creative impulses into an unlikely duo set-up. Their early, often improvised music was documented on a mini-album, released in 2015.

After exploring and honing their strange dynamic over two years on stage and in the studio, now comes their debut album proper. Focusing much more on sound texture than the raw drama of their earlier work, “Blood Red” is a captivating album full of mystery and power which resolutely refuses to be categorised.
