Chiqanne – intriguing name, intriguing music
Actually, the name Chiqanne is easily explained. It’s simply half of Fabian Chiquet’s surname and the Anna part of Anna Gosteli. Chiquet and Gosteli are also part of the Basel-based multimedia art rock outfit The Bianca Story. This, their latest side project, combines creamy electronica pop with super catchy lyrics sung in German. Their debut album “Sommerzeit” was released at the end of August via German label Motor Music.
