Junior Tshaka: new album out in France
«Il est Temps», the new album from Junior Tshaka (Socadisc) that appeared in Switzerland with Damp Music in 2009, is due out in France this month. On the heels of his successful album La Jungle (2007), featuring such big names as Riké and Mike of France’s Sinsémilia, Junior Tshaka is back with a new release and a major European tour to promote it. And although their author is as yet not properly known among French music aficionados, the 13 cuts on the new album offer a subtly authentic hybrid of reggae and French chanson that is sure to win Junior Tshaka new followers.
