New album from Pablo Nouvelle
March 16 sees the release of Pablo Nouvelle’s third album, “Wired”, on the Dutch electronica/dance label Armada Music. Nouvelle is also a film-maker who made it on to the Oscars longlist in 2017 with his short “In a Nutshell”. It is no surprise, therefore, that his particular brand of post-trip-hop feels very visual in style and dynamics.
Perhaps it’s best to let Pablo introduce the album himself. This is what he has to say:
“Wired has become a very eclectic album with a lot of different facets and colours. There are dark club tunes, pop songs and more relaxed organic tracks. I always keep my ears wide open for interesting singers and artists. Ideally I try to reach out to them directly and meet them for a session.”
