Kadebostany return with new album
The brain-child of producer and composer Guillaume de Kadebostany (possibly not the man’s real name, either), Kadebostany toured the world for several years as ambassadors of a musical fantasy land composed in equal parts of a love of electronic dance beats, melodies from all across the Balkans, and mock-uniforms in a post-Stg.Pepper style. This incarnation of the band toured the world, sold quite a few records and garnered more than 20 million youtube clicks for the single “Castle in the Snow” alone.
For their newest album, “Monumental”, Kadebostany have shifted their focus on gimmick-free song-writing, atmospheric production and strong vocalists. A move, in truth, which had started even before “Castle in the Snow”.
“Monumental” is released on the band’s own label, Republic of Kadebostany; and licenced to individual labels in various territories. An extensive tour of Russia, Belarus, Germany, Ukraine, Turkey, Italy and UK has been set up in support of the release.
