SME presents Stress at the Printemps de Bourges 2005
After the success of his performance at Eurosonic earlier this year Stress will be performing at Printemp’s Attention Talent Scene, hip-hop stage – the Festival’s section for new talent on:

2 years after Billy Bear (Universal), his first solo Lp that sold more than 17’000 copies, the bad boy of Swiss rap is back!
Released in Switzerland February 2005 and featuring Shurik’N, Saïd, Nega, Bligg, Greis, Mark Angelil, W (Zorg), the album (produced and distributed by Universal in Switzerland) is now third in the Swiss charts.
The styles of the new album may take some by surprise, mixing raw rap with dreamy folk, soul and melodic blues with the roughness of Jamaican soundsystems. The album features a number of collaborations contributing to this new sound including three producers from Lausanne: the chilled sounds of producer Zorg (W) and heavy rap with GR Beats and more experimenta, USA style with Phil’Eas (Black Diamond).
Stress, himself from Lausanne, stays close to his roots but has made a bold step forward into an international sound and market.
