Milune Exploring „rabbit holes“
Freshly signed to Sony Music, the 20-year-old singer/songwriter Milune makes her major label debut with a seven-track EP, “rabbit holes”. Citing influences like Billie Eilish, Clairo and Lana del Ray, Milune, despite having only a handful of singles under her belt, has already built up an impressive social media presence, not to mention her list of shows on international stages.
Born in New York, Milune was introduced early into the secrets of a musical life by her mother, a music business manager. Returning to Zurich with her family when she was six, she soon began to take singing and ballet lessons. Dancing and singing on various stages throughout her teenage years, she released her first single in 2022. Following the positive response, she has worked hard on her music ever since, taking part, for instance, in the song-writing camp that produced Nemo’s Eurovision Song Contest-winning entry “The Code”. “rabbit holes” is a sort of concept mini-album, with the songs all focusing on the unpredictability of emotions during the process of turning from a teenager into an adult.
