Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp on the cover of fRoots magazine
British fRoots magazine (“Local music from out there”) has long championed the Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp on their album and live review pages.
Now they’ve gone one better: The sextet from Geneva are featured on the cover of fRoots’ March issue. Inside, four pages are devoted to the band that grew out of Geneva’s alternative theatre L’Usine. Amongst many other complimentary comments, it says: “…an exhilarating rollercoaster ride of quirkily original songs inspired by folk/jazz/swing/world and experimental music, all driven by a wild and freeing punk aesthetic.”
