The two shooting stars of BOY, Valeska Steiner and Sonja Glass, will be using their short tour break for an appearance on the „Harald Schmidt Show" promoting their award-winning debut album „Mutual Friends". Meanwhile their tour is looking as rosy as can be. If their shows are not sold-out already, they’re moved to bigger venues or extra shows are added.

Bonaparte US Tour & SXSW

Much has happened since the band’s first public show in October 2006, performed on trash found in the backstage area of meanwhile legendary bar25 in Berlin. After their first album Too Much (2008) became an independent hit record they quickly emerged from the Berlin underground club scene and blew up into a wild rock ’n‘ roll-trash-punk circus, performing up to a hundred shows a year in the whole of Europe, Russia and even Down Under.
DIY, it seems, is not just a slogan for the artist collective. Be it the writing and producing of their music, creating their artwork and costumes or photography and videos – they all do it themselves. In 2011, after performing at some of the biggest European festivals such as "Rock am Ring", "Roskilde" or "Hurricane/Southside" they released a kaleidoscopic portrait of the tour with their second album My Horse Likes You (2010): a feature film called "0110111 – Quantum Physics & A Horseshoe" (Staatsakt/Warner).

Heinzmann’s vigorous new single Diggin‘ in the Dirt has been available in Germany and France from 17 February while the album going by the name of Stefanie Heinzmann will be released on 16 March via Universal Music.
Her new album shows a matured artist, the songs were written in the U.K., the U.S. and in Germany.
