Camilla Sparksss and Peter Kernel on the move

After the release of her appropriately titled debut album „For You the Wild“ and an extensive tour of Switzerland, Italy and France, the indomitable Barbara Lehnhoff aka Camilla Sparksss is embarking on a US tour in October, taking in, amongst other places, Portland Maine, Boston, New York, and Austin. The tour is to coincide with the US-release of „For You the Wild“ on cassette (!) by the Texas-based Dallas Distortion label.

Peter Kernel, meanwhile – the band Barbara shares with songwriter Aris Bassetti – has released a new single, „Your Party Sucks“, to serve as an appetiser for their new album „Thrill Addict“, to be released in January 2015. They have made a typically smart and funny video to go with it, premiered on Noisey.
