OY’s ‚Space Diaspora‘ album out in September
The duo of keyboarder/multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Joy Frempong and producer/percussionist Lleluja-Ha release their eagerly anticipated second album on the legendary Belgian label Crammed Discs on 23 September.
OY are without a doubt one of the most original outfits to come out of Switzerland in the last few years. For their new album they composed a joyously danceable and yet avant-garde “space opera” based on a core of vocal loops, electronica and drumming, telling the story of mankind’s prosperous future on a planet where humans have finally developed the ability to learn from their mistakes.
