Buds feeling serene
Available now, “Sereno” is the third solo album from Biel-based multi-lingual rapper Buds. Having been a member of the seminal Swiss hip-hop collective La Base, Buds is the founder and organiser of the annual “Buds Fest” hip-hop festival in his hometown. Also known as Buds Penseur, Natan Veraguth and the brother of Noah Veraguth from successful pop group Pegasus, he combines influences from his Brazilian family roots with classic hip-hop grooves, touches of trap, R&B and soul, and lyrics in French and Portuguese and a strong emphasis on strongly melodic vocals. “Sereno” was recorded by Buds in close cooperation with Bernese producer Questbeatz.
