No Me Coman Ride the Wave

Released on Anthony Nyland’s near legendary Liverpool-based Salvation Records label, “The Tide” is No Me Coman’s second album. It is distributed in the UK by State 51, in the rest of Europe by Clear Spot, and in Switzerland by Irascible. Hailing like label mates Klaus Johan Grobe from Winterthur, a lively town a half-hour train ride away from Zurich, No Me Coman serve up a thick stew of psychedelic grooves, monumental riffs and the occasional short, light interlude. A truly international quintet with roots in Argentina, Colombia, France, Spain and Switzerland, their melodic approach reflects the different cultures involved and has room for a great variation of sounds. Spanning a stylistic range from Echo & the Bunnymen to early Amon Düül 2, theirs is a powerful wave indeed.
