SME at SoundTrack_Zurich 04

Astonishingly, given the symbiotic relationship, the worlds of moving image and music production are all too often oblivious of each other’s working mechanisms. SoundTrack_Zurich seeks to remedy this situation. Running parallel to, though independently from, the Zurich Film Festival, the event offers a packed programme of music-related film showings, discussions, workshops, “case studies” and presentations by renowned film composers.

With the declared aim of presenting “the work of Swiss and European film composers at eye level with their international colleagues”, the conference, now in its fourth year, is already attracting many big names in the field, making it an ideal opportunity to learn from the best.

Very aware of the new openings presented by an industry that has developed in leaps and bounds over the last few years and includes gaming as well as numerous types of sync opportunities, Swiss Music Export is a partner of SoundTrack_Zurich. We urge anyone even vaguely interested in this field of activity to attend our Business Mixer, presented in cooperation with Sonart.
