Celebrating French song at Voix de Fête Geneva – 19 – 24 March 2019

The Voix de Fête conference/festival was launched in 1999 to celebrate music-making in the whole of the Francophone world. Having grown considerably in size and importance since the early days, this year no fewer than 230 music business professionals from France, Belgium, Canada and Switzerland will come together to enjoy live performances by more than fifty acts.

As part of our programme to create international contacts for Swiss musicians, promoters, managers and agents, Swiss Music Export together with FCMA has invited a number of business representatives from French-speaking countries to attend the festival. Back for the fourth year running, due to public demand, is the “salon contact”. This will take place on Saturday 23 March, 12:00 – 17:00, in the big hall at the Plainpalais. The principle is simple: anyone interested – artist, promoter, producer, manufacturer, etc. – can apply here for a free stall to present his/her wares to an audience keen to make new connections and discover fresh ideas.
