Swiss Music Export at the Waves Festival, Vienna, Austria; 3-6 October 2013.
Now in its third year, the blossoming Waves Festival in Vienna is conceived as a “showcase festival”, creating a platform for new and “undiscovered” bands to reach an international audience and form new business connections. For four days, twelve stages in Praterstrasse and alongside the Danube Canal will be hosting more than eighty acts from all over Europe. An integral part of the festival is a series of lectures, panel discussions and workshops under the heading of “East Meets West”. These discussions will focus on ways of creating the foundations of long-term pan-European collaborations of all kinds.
Swiss Music Export will once again be present at Waves, Vienna, both with another Business Mixer and the not to be missed Matchmaking-event.
