Swiss Vibes compilation 2013

Swissvibes.org in collaboration with Vibrations magazine, Pro Helvetia, Swiss Music Export and SoJazz release their third compilation CD of new Swiss music.

Swiss Vibes is a blog and an internet site which delivers information, facts, images and sounds on some of the newest, most cutting edge artists around on the Swiss scene. At the start, Swiss Vibes was a simple promotional CD sent exclusively to Vibrations magazine members back in March 2009. Featuring on the compilation were Erik Truffaz, Jérémie Kisling, Sophie Hunger alongside Filewile, Grand Pianoramax and Lole. Two years later in April 2011, a second CD sampler was produced and offered again to Vibrations members.

The third edition of the compilation, „Swiss Vibes 2013. from Jazz to Pop“, is released on 7 May to coincide with the publication of a 32-page supplement by Vibrations magazine devoted to the Swiss music scene in general and the artists featured on the compilation in particular. The CD will be distributed at music business events across Europe. It can also be downloaded for free from the Swissvibes homepage. The artists represented on „Swiss Vibes 2013“ are Fiona Daniel, My Heart Belongs to Cecilia Winter, Fai Baba, Soraya Ksontini, Monoski, Nick Porsche, Velvet Two Stripes, Pierre Omer, Bonaparte, La Gale, Peter Kernel, Tobias Preisi PommelHORSE, Yilian Canizares, Cowboys from Hell, Lucien Dubuis, Orioxy, Chief and Tim and Puma Mimi.
