c/o Pop and C’N’B: two highlights in Cologne
Based in Cologne for the eighth time, c/o Pop is on the one hand focussing on new open-air locations, for instance the „Kölner Tanzbrunnen“, on the other hand the festival bookers have rediscovered venues that had not been part of c/o Pop in a few years. Starting on 22 June with Grammy-nominated Soul-star Janelle Monàe, the festival boasts 4 days full of new talent and established acts.
Also in Cologne, C’n’B – Creativity & Business Convention – is again aiming at connecting various creative sectors, turning the attention to big issues such as the digital age. From 22 to 24 June.
Four Swiss acts at the Festival „Alors… Chante!“
A decent presence of Swiss acts at this year’s „Alors… Chante!“. With Aliose, Nicolas Fraissinet, Thierry Romanens and Brico Jardin, four acts played at the festival in Montaubon (31 May to 05 June), one of the most important festivals showcasing french speaking music.
