SME teams up with “les trois baudets”
Swiss Music Export is proud to announce it will be collaborating with “les trois baudets”, the legendary Parisian club, to bring rising Swiss performers to the French capital.
Lunik: release in Germany, Italy and the UK, with Spain, Benelux and Scandinavia to follow
Lunik’s first single, “do you love me”, made it to number 9 on the Italian charts, and in the UK the song was named single of the week by Hit Sheet. Meanwhile, “everybody knows” is out in Germany, with the album hard on its heels. Promotion has already begun.
Seven: Japanese release

Kid Chocolat supply soundtrack for Super 8
Super 8, a film by Pascal Greco with an original soundtrack by Kid Chocolat, is now out in France. Distributed by la Baleine, the package contains both a DVD and a CD.

Elijah: release and tour dates in Germany and Austria
Beweg di (Make a Move), Elijah’s new album on Groove Attack (Rough Trade), hit the stores in Germany and Austria in mid-April. A new edition prepared especially for the release includes two unpublished bonus tracks and a new English-language booklet. The CD/vinyl is also available online at musicload.de, Grooveattack.com and iTunes, among other places.
Mañana: Korean release
After launches in numerous European countries, Swiss band Mañana have just celebrated the very first Asian appearance of their début album Interruptions, with Rodeostar Records of Hamburg licensing its release on Korea’s Happy Robot label in Seoul.
