The Gardener & The Tree grow new album

Big choruses, big feelings – and one massive big voice, that, in a nutshell, is The Gardener & The Tree. They release their debut album on 8 June via Island Records/Universal (GSA).

The title – “69591, LAXÅ” – is a reference to the place and the experience four years ago when the band found its creative feet. Here, in the solitude of rural Sweden, The Gardener & the Tree began to write the kind of raw and intense rock songs they felt they could be proud of. According to their press biography, the band “didn’t read music, but felt it”, and their music is “for fans of: Alabama Shakes, Kings of Leon, The Lumineers”.

The Gardener & the Tree will play festivals and gigs in Switzerland throughout the summer, followed by a tour of Germany and Austria in November and December.
