Eurosonic Noorderslag 2012

Already in its 26th year, Eurosonic Noorderslag takes place from 11 to 14 January 2012 in Groningen, Netherlands. With over 3,000 music professionals attending 150 panels and meetings and 290 national and international showcases, Eurosonic Noorderslag can be regarded as one of the major networking platforms in the international music industry.

This year’s edition features as many as 6 Swiss Acts: Anna Aaron, Honey For Petzi, Hell’s Kitchen, Imperial Tiger Orchestra, Olivia Pedroli and EBBA-award winning Swiss-German duo BOY

Eurosonic Noorderslag works together closely with European media to give exposure to the artists performing in the showcase part of the festival. In 2011, more than 334 concerts were aired by 21 European Broadcasting Union radio stations. Seeing that the EBU has member stations in all of Europe, an audience of millions was reached.
