Alas, the Sun’s Out

25 October saw the release of “You and Your Love”, the debut album of Zurich-based dream-folk duo Alas the Sun. The album tells the story of how its creators, Anja Tremp and Sandro Raschle, found each other via an internet ad and began to write songs together. Despite the cold digital beginnings, theirs is a world of emotion, daydreams and romantic tales, rendered sometimes to the sound only of softly plucked guitars, sometimes accompanied by extra drums and synth.

“You And Your Love” is released by Zurich-based Taxi Gauche Records and distributed internationally by Southern Record Distributors UK.
