Crimer Sticks on the Fake Nails
“Fake Nails” is the new Crimer album. It’s released on 15 October 2021 on muve Records. Marketing and promo outside Switzerland is in the hands of Ultra Music.
Crimer’s debut album “Leave Me Baby” hit the Swiss charts like a supersized sugar rush. Squeezing himself into the nastiest nylon shirts he could find, and taking shameful pride in being the most embarrassing disco dancer apart from Donald Duck, “Leave Me Baby” reached number two and hung around for fully eight weeks. Quite a feet for a singer born with two left feet as well as two left hands. Luckily, he had an ear for uncannily catchy synth lines, unforgettable choruses and brilliant pop songs.
Trust us, “Fake Nails” is better. Recorded in a tiny recording booth in North London, everything about Crimer with his fake nails is bigger, better, and funnier. How does he do it?
