Reverie with Nadine Carina
Ticino-born singer/songwriter Nadine Carina – an alumnus of the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts – returns with her third album, “Reverie”. It was released on 22 November via Furious Hooves, a label based in Blacksburg, Virginia, USA.
With “Reverie”, Carina turns away from the electronica sound of her last album to explore a much more intimate and organic sound, based on piano and guitar, and augmented by a light sprinkling of drums and bass. “Reverie” was written in complete solitude, alone with my cat, in the Swiss-French countryside,” says Nadine Carina. “I took many inspiration from my life events, friendships, memories and books.”
