Delilahs are “Ideal”!
The long-serving Pop-Punksters Delilahs are ready to deliver their fourth album “Ideal” on 4 May via Irascible. Formed in 2003 by school pals Isabella Eder and Muriel Rhyner in Zug, the all-female trio with their fresh and catchy post-punk guitar sound seemed perfect for the Zeitgeist. Problems with a dubious management company derailed their progress, however. Rhyner and Eder regrouped and restarted their brainchild with a new guitarist, Muriel’s brother Philipp, and a drummer, Daniel Fischer. Since then, Delilahs, one of the most popular live bands in Switzerland, have played nearly 600 shows.
“Ideal” was produced by Anton Loitsch (Dontos, Die Toten Hosen, Silbermond), Stephan Hinz (H-Blockx) and Muriel Rhyner.
