Ursina gives away her heart

Zurich-based singer/songwriter Ursina’s debut album “You Have My Heart” was released on 27 January via Radicalis/Believe/Soulfood.

Ursina was born and raised in the mountainous Grisons area in the East of Switzerland. If the vision of a small village closed-in by vast dark mountains in mid-winter suggests a sense of foreboding and claustrophobia, Ursina’s music does the very opposite. Listing the likes of Feist, Ane Brun and Efterklang as her most important influences, her voice seems to defy gravity as it glides over subtle instrumental arrangements provided by herself on keyboards and the three musicians in her band.

Ursina is supporting the album release with a tour of Germany and Switzerland throughout March and April.
