m4music
m4music, Switzerland’s very own music fair and festival, is taking place in Zurich and Neuchâtel from 24 to 26 March.
In addition to a demotape clinic for newcomers and plenty of live shows, the event is packed with opportunities to connect with professionals.
As an official partner of m4music, Swiss Music Export is proud to present two events on Saturday, 26 March:
I. First, there’s the Swiss Business Mixer, the networking brunch held at Moods on Saturday with professionals from Switzerland, France, Germany, the UK and elsewhere attending – a great opportunity to get in touch with key players in the international music industry!

II. Also at Moods, taking place right after the Swiss Business Mixer, we are holding a Swiss Music Export workshop that is going to be presented by Tim Renner, founder and owner of Motor Music and Motor FM. This workshop deals with various aspects of music export from the viewpoint of Swiss artists. Key players from the French, German and British music industry will discuss how to best proceed when trying to release an album abroad and which platforms and festivals are currently important to attend. Besides seeking good and bad examples of music export, also the planning and funding of international tours will be a major topic.
