Gotthard frontman Steve Lee killed in tragic motorcycle accident
This morning, the hardrock icon passed away after being struck by a lorry on Interstate 15 near Las Vegas, Nevada. According to tagesanzeiger.ch he was motorbiking through the US with a group of Swiss friends. This had been his dream for a long time.
Steve Lee was a member of Swiss hardrock band Gotthard, one of the most successful bands from Switzerland. Their previous full-length album went platinum in Switzerland and the band toured extensively all over Europe.
