Album debut from True

After a handful of singles, True are ready to release their debut album. Daniela Sarda (vocals, keyboards) and Rico Baumann (keyboards, drums, drum machine, sound design) both come from a jazz background. Under the guise of True, however, they meld electronic beats with meticulously crafted poppy melodies, a hint of R&B and many hidden depths. The horn arrangements and some of the bass lines were recorded in Brooklyn, New York, by the likes of Antoine Katz, Sean Smith and Walter Fancourt. The album is entitled “Wrapped in Air” and released by Mouthwatering Records on 23 September 2016. It is distributed by Believe Digital (world), Godbrain (vinyl, CD, Switzerland), and Broken Silence (vinyl, CD, world).
