Jen Dale busy @ Across Berlin

Jen Dale, a singer/songwriter whose influences range from Marvin Gaye and Ella Fitzgerald to Dire Straits and Jimi Hendrix, has been invited to take part in the latest edition of the “Across Berlin” event. “Across Berlin” is a platform for young artists to present their music on five successive days at different venues across town.

A graduate of the Music Business and Administration Masters program at New York University, Jen Dale has honed her old-school soul style whilst working with a variety of American producers and musicians, including Roy Hendrickson (Roberta Flack, Mary J. Blige) and Russel Elevado (D’Angelo, the Roots).

Jen Dale’s five date Berlin stint will culminate on Saturday 25 July with the launch at Auster Club of her latest EP, “Jimi Otis Bacon & Eggs”. Recorded with producer Brad Williams in Brooklyn, it is the first of a projected trilogy of EPs.
