END to embark on their next tour of Germany

The Basel-based left-field rock quintet END are rounding off a busy year with another tour of Germany. They will be supporting British band The Boxer Rebellion on six dates.

END released their debut album „People of the Stream’s Mouth“ in spring, garnering excellent reviews and, in May, earning them the honour of featuring as “best talent of the month” on Radio SRF3 (Switzerland’s equivalent of BBC Radio 1). Following a highly successful first tour of Germany, the band spent the summer appearing at several festivals, including the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Stimmen Festival in Lörrach. They are nominated for the Basler Pop Preis, a yearly award that comes with a cheque of sFr 15’000 (around £ 10’000) handed out to the most promising new band from the Basel area. The winner will be announced on 5 November.

Their new video for the song “In Amber” has been featured on the website of German Musikexpress magazine.
