Camilla Sparks Debut Released in Italy

„For You the Wild“, the appropriately titled debut album by Barbara Lehnhoff aka Camilla Sparksss, will be released in Italy in September (through Africantape and On the Camper Records, via Mandai Distribution). The album was released to uniformly enthusiastic reviews in Switzerland in April.

The album is a collection of songs written by Camilla and her partner Aris Bassetti in the past eighteen months. Theirs is an idiosyncratic blend of electro/techno, rock and a superior line in catchy choruses. And, of course, there is also Camilla’s highly inimitable vocal style.

More Camilla Sparksss release news: For the steadily increasing number of vinyl fanatics, Camilla releases a 12” vinyl album version of “For You the Wild” on 21 September via the Zurich-based Spezialmaterial Records (in cooperation with On the Camper Records).
